Our exchange program provides an economical alternative to expensive brand new parts

Our team ensure OE quality, durability and reliability, but at a substantially lower cost. Not only does this program save you money, remanufacturing saves tons of used materials from being dumped each year. In our workshop parts are completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected to the highest standard. Once repaired, the parts are tested, both as a sub-assembly and as an end product. We ensure all of your parts perform just like new and comply with the OES warranty conditions.

how does it work?

Let's break it down

We require cores for the exchange program; what is a core?

A core is a part or component of an auto part, that can be rebuilt and sold as a remanufactured product. To ensure the program is successful, each time we sell an exchange item, we obtain the buyers original core to remanufacture. And thus the cycle of the exchange program!

How do we guarantee the return of these items? When you purchase an exchange item there is a fee called a Core Deposit. It’s exactly what the name suggests; a deposit that is held until the Core is delivered to us.  This retainer system is the most effective way to recover these units and keep the exchange program working successfully.

4. LET US DO THE REST

As soon as we receive your Core, we will deposit the Core Charge directly back to your bank account. Having this charge ensures we receive Cores back to remanufacture, keeping the program going

1. Sorting the Core

The quality control process begins with a pre-inspection test, to identify any unrepairable damage or issues. This ensures only the best quality parts make it through to the next phase

2. Disassembling

Once the pump is dismantled, a more in depth inspection for damage and excessive wear is undergone. The pumps that pass these rigorous tests are ultrasonically cleaned again at high temperatures to ensure all contaminants are removed.

3. Cleaning

It’s time to give this pump a new lease of life and that starts with an overhaul clean. The pump is disassembled before going into a high pressure wash to ensure there is no contaminants left behind.

They are then put on the test bench that pre-tests for any major faults or leaks, simultaneously flushing it further.

4. Assembly

The pump is assembled with all the usable original parts and any new genuine parts that are needed

5. Testing and Coding

Our test bench will record the pumps performance parameters at various flow rates, pressures and temperatures. An ID code is assigned to the pump containing all the performance information. The test data is kept on file for quality control purposes and warranty evaluation.

6. Ready for Exchange

Once the remanufacturing process is complete the parts are now ready to hit the Exchange market
