2. purchase
Once your item is in the cart, you will see the option to add a Core Deposit. Selecting this option will trigger same day dispatch, or we will wait until your core is returned and tested before sending your order
3. RETURN CORE
You will receive a return sheet with your purchase. Fill out your details and ensure you send this back to us with your old core
4. MONEY BACK
As soon as we receive your Core, we deposit the charge directly back to your account. Having this charge ensures we receive cores back to remanufacture, keeping the program going

Cairns Diesel Service is a Certified Bosch Workshop and home to the most advanced Diesel Test Benches in Far North Queensland
Our range of Test Benches are for both Diesel Injectors and Diesel Pumps. This equipment allows us to complete in depth analysis and diagnosis at the most efficient rate possible. We are able to provide solutions for passenger vehicles, light and medium commercial vehicles, agricultural, off-highway and certain marine applications.
Our Test Equipment covers a large amount of applications including Inline Pumps, Single Stage Injectors, Common Rail, EUI and HEUI.

The advantage of going to a Bosch Diesel Service Centre is knowing you'll be receiving genuine OEM parts that are under warranty.
Only an authorised Bosch Diesel Service Centre will have a Bosch-certified test room necessary for professional fuel injection assembly and repair services. Our Bosch EPS 815 Test bench is a state-of-the-art common rail system.

what type of vehicles do you service?
We provide services for all passenger vehicles, including both petrol and diesel engines. This includes 4WDs as well as light trucks.
can i get repairs without breaking warranty?
Yes! While car dealers may try to make you believe otherwise, you don’t have to take your car back to them for servicing. Going to an independent servicing and repair shop will not affect your vehicle’s warranty.
Despite what your dealer may say, or the impression you get reading the logbook or warranty terms, you’re legally entitled to shop around for the best servicing deal without voiding your manufacturer’s warranty (note: the rules are different for extended warranties).
what areas do you service for ecu remapping and dpf solutions?
We understand it’s not always an accessible service, so we will travel to Regional Far North Queensland and surrounding areas for your off-road DPF and emission solutions.
Travis has travelled up to Weipa, down to Mackay and all the regional towns in-between to repair our customers’ machinery.
