If you do NOT return the core return form, you will NOT receive a refund. We need to know which invoice you want the core credit to be applied.

Core Charge will only be refunded when all exchange units
are returned to Cairns Diesel Service . The unit must be
complete and not missing parts. If anything extra is broken
we will deduct the cost from the core charge. If the unit
has been tampered with and costs Cairns Diesel extra to
repair, the cost will be deducted from the cost of the core
refund. If we find any internal or external damage or
contamination we will deduct the cost from the core
charge.

The old unit needs to be returned within 14 days or you may
not get your deposit back.
